SYSTEM TYPES
Whole-home potable supply for Hill Country homes without municipal water. The binding constraint is catchment area, not tank size — the roof is the tap and the tank is the bucket. Roof material decides potable eligibility: standing seam metal qualifies, asphalt shingle does not. Every system includes our Dr. Flush first-flush device, Schedule 40 conveyance, pump, three-stage filtration, and UV purification.
Offices, wineries, event venues, schools, and multi-lot development. Two ordinary site constraints — stormwater retention and limited groundwater — often decide whether a parcel pencils. An engineered catchment system can address both on one footprint, with one capital outlay, and produce water instead of consuming buildable area. See the 27,000 sq. ft. office building below.
Pioneer fire-protection tanks combine domestic and fire-water storage in a single tank. They are designed to meet or exceed NFPA 22 for fire-water storage and come with a complete set of engineer-approved drawings. Zincalume steel withstands fire immersion and resists corrosion, and the five-layer AQUALINER Fresh liner is approved to NSF 61 for potable water. Capacities run from 3,000 to 700,000 gallons, built on site without a crane, with optional anti-vortex and fire-fighting adapters and a 20-year warranty. We install the tank and the water supply — not the suppression system itself.
Barns and equipment buildings give you roofs that are already the right material and already large. Ag demand is non-potable and seasonal, so the hard part is rarely storage — it is moving water from where it lands to where the animals are. These systems are built around conveyance, pumping, and grade: self-collecting tanks that add their own roof area to catchment, trough feeds, gravity feed where the site allows, and well supplementation where it does not.

Every system comes with a first-flush diverter (Our own properietary Dr. Flush device), conveyance piping (Schedule 40 PVC), pump, three-stage filtration units with sediment & carbon filtration as well as a UV purification stage All standard tanks are low profile at either 7' 2" or 7' 6" in height and vary in diameter based on gallon capacity. Custom integrated concrete cisterns are typically designed as part of the property design stage & built in conjunction with the foundation of the building.

City ordinance required a retention pond to manage roof and parking runoff. The pond's footprint made the 27,000 sq. ft. office building economically unviable on the available lot.
A roof catchment system engineered to serve as the property's stormwater management solution. It satisfied that project's ordinance, the permit was approved as designed, and a permitting liability became a long-term water asset for the property.
