Annual Plans
Scheduled visits with the consumables included. We show up on the interval, so you don't have to remember when the UV lamp is due or which filter goes where.
The short answer
Our Standard plan is $985 a year and covers four scheduled visits, all sediment and carbon filter cartridges, the annual UV lamp, first-flush service, pump and pressure-tank inspection, and one water quality test. Parts beyond consumables are discounted. A two-visit Essential plan starts at $750 a year for lower-use systems.
Paid per visit instead, the same work runs higher once you add trip charges and cartridges at retail. The plan is priced to be the cheaper option for anyone who needs service more than twice a year — which is most potable systems in the Hill Country.

The visit
Filter housings and UV units are almost always inside a utility room or garage, so we confirm a window when someone can let us in. We tell you this upfront rather than turning up and finding a locked door.
Cartridges swapped, housings cleaned, O-rings inspected and greased. Lamp replaced on its interval, quartz sleeve cleaned. Diverter cleared and drain-down confirmed.
Pressure readings across the filter bank, air charge tested against cut-in, tank sediment depth measured, inlet and overflow screens checked.
What we did, what we found, and anything worth watching before the next visit. If something needs attention beyond the plan, you get the cost that day — not a surprise invoice later.
Why it pays
No scare tactics here — just the two numbers side by side. A pump that short-cycles for a year because nobody checked the pressure tank costs considerably more than the plan that would have caught it.
Essential plan
$750
Per year. Two visits, consumables included, priority scheduling, discounted parts.
Pump replacement
$ 1,900 - 3,500
Typical cost to replace a failed pressure pump, including labor. The most common cause is short-cycling that ran unnoticed.
FAQ
If you need service more than twice a year, yes. Per-visit pricing includes a trip charge each time plus cartridges at retail. The plan bundles the consumables and drops the trip charge on anything extra, which is where the difference adds up on a potable system.
Repairs and replacement parts beyond consumables — pumps, pressure tanks, valves, controllers. Those are quoted separately and discounted for plan customers. The plan covers scheduled maintenance and the parts that get consumed doing it.
Yes, though we'll usually start with a system assessment rather than a first visit. That establishes what condition things are in and what it takes to bring the system current. Once it's caught up, the plan runs normally from there.
We reach out ahead of each interval with windows to choose from. You don't have to track dates or call us — that's most of what you're paying for.
Call us. Plan customers get priority scheduling and the trip charge is waived on Standard and Commercial. Repair parts and labor are quoted at the plan discount before we start any work.
Plans run annually and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. If you cancel partway through, we'll settle up based on visits completed rather than holding you to the full term.
We do. Commercial plans are quoted rather than fixed, because interval and scope depend on tank count, usage, and any compliance documentation you need. Tell us what you're running and we'll put a scope together.

We'll confirm the right plan for your system, send the agreement, and book the first visit. If you'd rather talk it through first, call — that works too.
