Before you call
Three things to check on an existing Pioneer tank before you call.
Look at the outlet fittings first. A slow weep at a bulkhead is far more common than a liner failure, and it's a much simpler repair.
Gaps in the roof, inlet or overflow screens let in light, insects and debris. That shows up later as sediment, odor or algae in the tank.
Erosion or settling under one side of the tank stresses the wall, liner and fittings. Fix the drainage before it becomes a leak.
