Most of the ranch property we service around Johnson City is unincorporated, where Blanco County's requirements run to septic and floodplain rather than building permits. Inside the city limits, Johnson City permits the work. Systems with no connection to a public water supply sit outside the state's rainwater plumbing standards altogether.
